1. Refund eligibility
The subscription renews monthly and auto-charges. You may request a full refund within 3 days of your first subscription if usage has been minimal. After that, completed billing cycles are generally non-refundable; you can still cancel anytime and keep access until the current period ends.
2. How to cancel
You can cancel anytime yourself from the extension's Account page by tapping "Cancel Subscription". After cancelling you are not charged again and keep full access for the rest of the current period — no need to contact support.
3. How to request a refund
If you are eligible, email [email protected] with your order number (found in your payment receipt or Creem billing record). Our team replies within 1–2 business days and issues the refund to your original payment method through the payment provider.
4. Refund timing
Processing usually takes 5–10 business days; actual arrival depends on your bank or payment provider.
