1. Refund eligibility
Page packs are one-time purchases with no auto-renewal. You may request a full refund within 3 days of purchase if usage has been minimal (pages already used are not refundable). Purchased pages otherwise never expire, so there is no billing cycle to cancel.
2. What happens after a refund
Once a refund is approved, the pages added by that pack are removed from your account (down to zero, never negative) and the amount is returned to your original payment method through the payment provider. Pages you already translated are not re-charged.
3. How to request a refund
If you are eligible, email [email protected] with your order number (found in your payment receipt or Creem billing record). Our team replies within 1–2 business days and issues the refund to your original payment method through the payment provider.
4. Refund timing
Processing usually takes 5–10 business days; actual arrival depends on your bank or payment provider.
